Research & Planning-Nicola

Research and planning affected our post production in many ways.
Looking on Youtube and other video networks for research helped us later on in post-production because we looked at these video's for ideas and inspiration into helping us create our product, so having this knowledge in post-production helped, as we could look back and get ideas in how to edit our production to incorporate inter-textuality.
At the beginning of all our productions, we have to storyboard how we want our production to plan out and look like. This is helpful in post-production as we can look back at the storyboard to see if there are any shots we have missed out or if any shots we need to re-shoot as they were not what we originally wanted the shot to look like.
When planning our productions we also have to use the blog, to keep up to date with what needs to be done & what we have done. The blogs are helpful in post production as they have all our idea's on and also people can feedback on any rough cuts we have uploaded, to help create our final products.
